I extremely do not like that if I have to cancel my appointment less than 24hrs ahead of time I will be charged $100. Life happens , things come up all the time so I feel like that isn’t fair and makes me not want to deal with rula anymore for there policies . I’ve done other therapy platforms before and I never had this issue.

The provider has been amazing and rula is easy to access as well as provides plenty of updates and notifications to keep you in the loop at all times.

It's difficult to find a provider that offers in person. The patient portal doesn't give me the option to find new providers. I don't care if I have to drive

Rula is one of the more transparent companies I have encountered. They give details upfront about costs and eligibility, which have turned out to be accurate. They are also really good at communication, which is key.

I like virtual therapy, and it's nice that they process the insurance. The support team was very quick to reply and resolve an issue I had. I like my therapist.

Good services and providers but their strict cancellation/rescheduling policy and $100 fee are ridiculous. For someone struggling with mental health, trying to work and be a parent full time, sometimes I don’t have 24 hours to give notice, it’s called life. A company trying to actually help people like they say they are should understand that a be more realistic.
