I was able to look at several therapists' profiles and choose the one I thought would be the best match. And she is a perfect match for me! Plus, with my insurance I have $0 co-pay. I would highly recommend RULA to anyone who is looking for a therapist. But don't just take some random therapist that they assign you to, choose your own.

Billing and support team are awful. They take weeks to respond and don’t find a solution, in the process of you trying to resolve billing they pause your services also.

It needs its own app, it would probably be easier to navigate. the website is fine once you get in but it redirects a lot and it gets confusing. then bouncing back and forth from emails and the webpage is annoying. other than that it’s good website
