I haven’t had any issues and get a response fairly quickly when I’ve had to email them.

The therapist was great, however their offshore customer service is horrendous. All I needed to know was how much is this going to be out of pocket. I had contacted my insurance and they said it would be a 25% copay however RULA apparently cannot determine how much they are going to bill for the appointment. I called back 4 times and I am trying to get some stress management therapy and this stupidity is why I need it. I called 4 times and talked to 4 people. They told me to call my insurance and after I repeatedly told them I had already spoken with my insurance(trust me I had to call 3 times before someone there was competent in their job)they said they didn't know how much the total charge was going to be or how much it would be after insurance.

It has been a great experience with the website and with Norma my therapist. Norma has made it very comfortable for me to continue with the service.

So far, my experience with Rula has been great! The service is very easy to use, and there seems to be a wide variety of therapists available. It's early days, but the professional I've selected seems to be a great fit for me.

Miguel has been nothing but the most supportive, caring, understanding, patient, empathetic, funny, down to earth therapist I’ve ever met. Although this is my first therapy experience, I fell in love with Miguel’s POV, knowledge, way to calm down my anxiety and ALWAYS taking the time to actually listen to what I have to say. Other therapists make you feel like if you’d be talking to a mannequin who only asks ocasional feelingless questions. But Miguel is the opposite. I remember on our first session he asked me to give a title to a book (my life) and I said something about like being lost…. Therapy kept building inside me and after one year he asked me “So, now you’re about to publish your second book. What title would you like to use for this book?”, and I remember saying something like “ready for what’s next” or something like that and then, Miguel was just smiling ☺️ and I’m here all confused 🤔 like, what’s going on?? Miguel then asked me “Do you remember the title of your first book?” And I sad “no, I don’t”. Miguel grabs a piece of paper where he wrote it down and then started to talk about how different the titles were from 1 year apart. But, I was most focused on the fact that he took the time to write it down for me. He knew what his plan was, and the guy delivered! I started crying a lot, and it wasn’t because of the difference of the titles and stuff. I couldn’t hold back tears and cried because he took the time to write down those simple, yet, powerful and meaningful words. This activity took 1 year to be completed and I did understand the purpose of it. But for me, the fact that he wrote it down, studied it, and waited for the perfect time to bring it out after 1 year is what made me have no doubts that Miguel is not just a “therapist”. Miguel is someone who genuinely cares and BELIEVES in his patients. And I’m certain that his patients think the same. So, RULA, you guy should take care of someone who is taking care of vulnerable people. I have improved amazingly in just 16 months. Give the guy a raise. He deserves it, he truly does! Thank you for having him in Rula and for allowed him to be my friend on this “road trip” called LIFE.

Very easy to schedule and communication is quick

I struggle with setting up appointments and reaching out for help in general. A friend recommended Rula to me and literally within 30 mins I found the therapist I wanted to talk to (who specializes in certain areas I needed) and had 4 *potential* appointments scheduled with her automatically. I was a little nervous, but my first (virtual) appointment went very well and I am looking forward to future ones as well.
