Solved my computer issue on time and at a fair price. They even installed some free cleaner software.

When I took my ipad in for a new screen, I was expecting for it to take at least a week, but was surprised to learn it would be ready the next day!

We have had good service with great turn around but the repairs are very expensive.

When we got the unit back it worked for a couple of days--then would not charge up. I just bought her the newer Kindle Fire. Since the case on the old one had already been jimmied somewhat, I decided to take it apart and found the new battery I had them install while fixing the charging port and not been done quite right. I worked on it myself and a year later it is also working fine. Just looked like they were in too much of a hurry to fix unit, but understand as it was around holiday.

I've sent several devices in to get screens replaced, etc. Each time, the service is fast and thorough. I highly recommend them and will definitely use them again in the future!

It is important to support small,locally owned businesses especially when the service is great and the prices are fair. All around great people to work with - very congenial and professional. I highly recommend this company. My son had his screen replaced and they were fair to him as well - I was surprised because he was only 17 when he took his phone in for repair. Usually businesses take advantage of young kids - not at RockIt - they treated him well and the repair was done to perfection.

Came in twice to fix broken/cracked screen of daughter's phone. Both times, service was professional and fast and the quality of service was fantastic. I frequently recommend RockIT Repairs to friends and coworkers.

But not cheap. We can't have all three. They checked/repaired two devices for me. I now consider RockIT Repairs my go-to small electronics fixer. Thanks guys!
