RockIT Repairs started in December of 2012 in a small room at the George Washington Executive Center in downtown Fredericksburg. Quickly the demand for our repair services grew and we relocated to the 2,000 square foot facility at 1319 Lafayette Boulevard in March of 2013. We now service over 1000+ customers a month through our current location.

After leaving an honest review of the problems I had with my iPad repairs, RockIT Repairs contacted me in an effort to make things right. To their credit, they were able to fix all of the previous problems. My iPad looks, and works great now! I appreciate their efforts to have a positive customer experience.

They do a good job of keeping you informed of the status of your repair. They even did a second repair for free when the first one didn't last. My only concern is that they can test the repair on site and it works but it doesn't last when I get it back. This has happened twice now.

Fixed issue for quoted price ($80) but when did an add on charged ($40), as you would expect, but returned without testing so we had to drive 20 miles round trip to get corrected. Should have a given a $10 credit for inconvenience and it would have been a great experience.

I am sorry for the inconvenience that this may have caused. We strive hard to make sure that the device is working properly prior to leaving and we have put in more measures recently to double check the device from two separate technicians prior to it leaving the shop. I was very happy with the way rock it repairs kept me up to date on the progress of my repair. The staff was courteous and responsive. Unfortunately, the wrong face was ordered for my phone and the problem was only realized when I arrived for the repair. After a new part was ordered, I received a message that my part was in and headed back to the shop only to learn that someone mistakenly sent that because the wrong face was still with my ticket. Eventually, the correct part came in and the repair has worked out well.

Had charging issues, sent in for new power connector. Came back, worked for about 3 weeks, sent it back. When it returned that one lasted only about 2-3 weeks. Gave up on it and bought a new phone.

I am sorry that you are having issues with your charging port repair. Samsung did not engineer the port correctly on this phone and that is why we see a good 2-3 of these come in each day for repair. The port is not held down by any bracket like most phones which keeps the pins on the back from coming back up. We do offer a 90 day warranty on this repair and we would be happy to repair this for you at no cost if you would like to send back in even if you are outside of the warranty period. The charging cables are also a big problem that could be causing it to last only a few weeks. They need to be the exact voltage as the original and have no damage on the connector that goes into the phone. It is something that is often overlooked as the consumer may think that all micro usb cables charge the phone, however many will charge it but damage it because it is the wrong voltage. I started using these guys when it was 2 guys in old town Fredericksburg. Then the service was second to none. I have since used them about 20 times total. With phone screens and repairs my experience with them has been AWESOME. I unfortunately had them build me a custom gaming controller for my son's birthday. Took way beyond time quoted so was a late gift. Came to me with a hole in the case as they intended to install a selector button on the bottom but then decided not to but left the hole in the controller. My experience with phones GREAT! With other stuff..... NOT SO GOOD. But could've been the person assigned to the repair/customization

The staff was kinda friendly, some had a I don;t care attitude. Nothing was explain to me as far as how they was going to repair my laptop. They just said you need this and it's going to cost this amount of money.
