Good service
My iPhone had a problem after I dropped it. I thought I would need a lot of money to be able to fix it. They did a good job and did not kill my pockets. Thank you guys

Great/Fast Service
I came in to the store without an appointment, with a broken screen on my iPhone. The staff was polite and reassuring. They took my business right away and my phone was fixed in 30 minutes! They called me to let me know I could come and pick up my phone. My only concern was the cost. I already had a new screen that I brought in with me for them to replace the broken screen with... I think $55 for 30min of labor was a bit pricey! Last year I broke my screen and it cost me $65 for a new screen & labor in 1 hour of time.

Great service.
I was pleased with the work they did on my Galaxy siii. The problem is that within a few months, the charging port broken again. Unfortunately, RickIt didn't have a warranty period long enough, so I never fixed the phone again because it would have cost me another $70.

Dawn, We do offer a 90 day warranty on our repair services. If you are outside of that warranty period I would be happy to fix it for $25 instead of the $70 fee again as we sent out this email to get an idea of how we can better our company and our services. Once I found the forms to send my Galaxy Gear 2 smartwatch to RockIT Repairs, the rest of the process was great!

Name Change
Its been so long since I've been there but I do remember that everyone was polite and seemed competent. And I think that they should change the name to Rock IT Repairs because the first time it was suggested that I go there, I thought they were saying Rocket Repairs.
