We’re sorry you were disappointed with your purchase, but we would like to clarify a few important points for anyone reading this review. The product photo shown on our website is a photograph of the actual item being sold, not a stock photo or a different product and matches the product description exactly. When you contacted us regarding the condition of the item, we promptly provided instructions for returning it through our return portal and explained that you would not be responsible for return shipping in this situation however, you insisted that you had to pay which was NEVER relayed to you. We were prepared to assist with a return and resolution however, your email was very hostile and abusive. Our response was intended to provide the next steps needed to resolve the issue, not to be dismissive. We always strive to communicate professionally and to resolve legitimate product concerns fairly and promptly.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your review. We are happy to hear that you received all your items and that you were pleased with the soap dish. We are sorry to hear that the paper towel holder and key holder did not meet your expectations. We carefully select the products we offer and strive to provide unique, quality home décor at fair and competitive prices. Our pricing reflects several factors, including the cost of merchandise, shipping, and the expenses involved in operating a small, family-owned business. While we certainly respect your personal opinion regarding the quality and pricing of your purchases, we also recognize that expectations and perceptions of value can vary from customer to customer. We have many wonderful customers who are extremely pleased with the quality and value of our products, so we would respectfully disagree that your experience necessarily represents the majority of our customers. We appreciate your feedback and will certainly take your comments into consideration. Thank you for shopping with River Chic Designs and supporting our small business.
