Do your self a favour ripped me off for £65 and didn't get car. DO NOT USE. Rent from enterprise or Arnold Clark or anyone but this bunch of scamming con artists.

do not book anything with this scamers they rip of cant provide with a car and then they make a cancellation fee for no reason

Absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with! I asked for a price match in their online form. They didn't get back to me. I called and asked for it again. Was promised to get an email about it in 48 hours. They didn't get back to me. I called and asked again. They still didn't get back to me. When I was picking up the car the operator showed me her system which said that I should get a 25% discount. After my rental finished I raised a case to get my discount providing all the proof. They refused to give me the discount, claiming that it was some error. Very unprofessional behaviour and I am very disappointed.

GIVEN ME THE FAULTY CAR , NO HEADLIGHTS , DAMAGED CAR AND THEN I HAVE RETURNED THE CAR , NOT RECEIVED MY FULL REFUND ACCORDING TO THE CONSUMER RIGHTS I WILL TAKE THEM TO COURTS.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Took my booking and money and when I went to pick the car up I wasn’t allowed to take it because I didn’t have a credit card even though they was fine taking the money of my debit card. When I explained I didn’t have a credit card they said I could take the car if I had work pay slips to hand at 11pm on a Friday night. I explained I wouldn’t be able to get ahold of pay slips at this hour and I really needed the car to get me to a charity walk early the next morning I had the bank card I payed on with me, driving licence and a utility bill and id also leave the ridiculous big deposit they was asking for. They wouldn’t let me take the car. When ringing the company asking for a refund they just simply told me they could not give me one. I asked if they could provide me with the rental car even though I didn’t need it anymore and they said no. I asked if I could speak to a manager and they said there was not one available, I asked if they could get a manager to ring me back and they simply said no and there was nothing they could do about it. Absolute scammers do not use!!

I have spoken with 3 different reps over the last 3 days, everyone claimed I was paid, but noone could confirm, tell me what card it was paid with or send me a receipt with payment method. Then I got emails saying that my card couldn't be charged. I couldn't get confirmations on anything. I couldn't update my card info. I couldn't make any changes at all. I couldn't trust that I would have a vehicle at my destination. The website was still reading "Awaiting Confirmation" 24 hours before I was to arrive - even though I have a completed rental voucher, so I cancelled, and then I was told that "if" I was refunded any money they would be keeping almost $300??? Horrible, miserable experience.

Dishonest scam artists. I paid for a car I didn’t get. They don’t care, they can offer no solution or help. They also missold me a product. terrible customer service, misleading sales, lying toads. If you want to swap money for a car for a limited number of days, then this IS NOT THE WAY. You will have no money and no car.
