Thank you for taking the time to share your experience, Martin. We're truly sorry to hear that your service has not delivered the value you expected when you made the switch. We understand how disappointing and frustrating it can be to see higher costs after choosing a new provider in hopes of saving money. We never want our customers to feel that they're paying more than expected, and we appreciate you bringing your concerns to our attention. Energy bills can be influenced by several factors, but we understand that what matters most is how your experience compares to the expectations you had when enrolling. We'd love the opportunity to take a closer look at your account and discuss your concerns in more detail. Please reach out to us directly 24/7 by phone toll-free at 1-866-222-7100, or you can also chat with us at https://myaccount.reliant.com/public/supportCenter.htm?initiator=urlsm: so we can review your billing and see if there are ways we can help.
