I first called Reliant to renew my Average Monthly Billing Plan. I have the 36 plan and the representative mentioned the 60 average plan that is for 5 years. I agreed to have it changed and the representative told me told me it would start on September 21, 2026.My Reliant statement still shows the 36 plan on my October bill. I called a 2nd time and explained my concern. A different representative told me it will start and show the 60 average monthly billing plan billing plan in my next bill.
