Your app sucks
Your app sucks! Worked for a week, updated and now won't open. Get your shit together!

Changed my mind - literally
Initially I had difficulty logging onto the site - which caused me to write a 1 * review...but I have to say now I am consuming the content my views have changed. Its a thought-provoking and supportive app which has already helped to alter my drinking habits just a few days in. It is analytical so it appeals to the way my brain works. It is an American app - so the pull is pretty global. I would recommend. My only concern is ongoing cost - I have not bought any extras and paid for 3 months. It is not clear how to unsubscribe and something I need to find out.

A fantastic app
A fantastic app, with such amazing education and inspiration. i have learnt so much and it makes me keep wanting to learn more while inspiring me to cut back on my drinking and engage in healthier habits. Also wonderful support staff and great service

Amazing- seriously
Amazing- seriously. It’s a real community with real people. I’ve met and made friends off this wanting a better, healthier life. Perfect for science-based reduction of alcohol

This app is amazing
This app is amazing. The amount of resources it provides are absolutely amazing! I love the daily lessons and journal entries. Everyday there are meeting to join on Zoom where I enjoy connecting with others. I have learned and grown so much from this app. Before I joined, I struggled to be sober for 1 day and now I am on day 39 alcohol free!

A place for people to connect in there journey of going alcohol free or cutting back on alcohol consumption.
Reframe is the absolute best app for anyone wanting to cutback or quit drinking alcohol. It has meetings throughout the day, coaches for private meetings, daily tasks and a great community of friends!

The community of people that are there…
The community of people that are there to support your decision to quit or cut back your alcohol intake. I find the meetings to be extraordinarily helpful and supportive. This app is a safe community to share your experiences- good or bad. All of the coaches are great, with individual strengths that they each bring to the groups.
