Charged me when I'd cancelled. Fascinated to know how I'd managed to kick the habit and then went totally quiet when asked for refund of yet another quarterly payment. Never used the app. Very disappointed with their behaviour. could turn a man to drink...

Reframe charged my card for an annual prescription before my 7 day trial period had ended. I notified them by email that I did not want the subscription but they did not honor my request and charged my card anyway. They are now unresponsive. Avoid this company.

"AA isn't for everyone but reframe is" The implication that a real alcoholic can find success by trying to control and enjoy his drinking with moderation and learning science is ignorant, irresponsible, but most importantly DANGEROUS. You may lead people to hospitals, jails, or worse with this misleading message.

I cannot recommend Reframe enough for those who would like to look into, learn about, or change their drinking behaviors. What I love is the multi-layer approach to this exploration: the science behind alcohol use, the self-reflection, and exploration of behaviors. Then, looking at ways to change the patterns and working towards a healthier life. The coaches are wonderful and daily tasks and challenges very helpful and informative. You have to show up and put the effort in to make changes in your life and Reframe gives you a supportive and knowledgeable structure to accomplish that.

My experience with Reframe's billing and customer support has been extremely disappointing. After a trial, I was charged HUF 49,990 for an annual subscription. I cancelled shortly afterwards and contacted support to request a refund. Support initially responded, asked me questions about the cancellation, and indicated they were willing to help. Once I confirmed that I simply wanted the subscription cancelled and the annual payment refunded, communication effectively stopped. I sent follow-ups and ultimately a final email. Still no resolution. Apple has refunded a separate HUF 1,990 Reframe transaction, but the HUF 49,990 annual subscription charge remains outstanding. A company is of course entitled to reject a refund request. What I find unacceptable is acknowledging a customer’s issue and then simply ceasing to respond. One star for the way this has been handled. Update — October 8, 2026: Sorry, but your public apology has still not translated into an actual resolution. I have already contacted your support team repeatedly. Your latest email simply directed me back to Apple. Apple refunded the separate HUF 1,990 trial-week charge. The HUF 49,990 annual subscription remains unrefunded. You have also still failed to confirm whether my account and personal data have been permanently deleted, despite my explicit request. Publicly offering to investigate while privately sending me elsewhere is not resolving the problem. The way this has been handled is frankly pathetic.

£119.19 taken from my bank and refusing a refund even when I haven’t even used the app. AVOID downloading it at all costs. Now I have the hassle of having to take this further.

If you purchase this app through an ad such as Facebook, there is no way to cancel without contacting support. Support will not immediately give you back your money, in fact, I am still fighting for it. They are predatory, and what they are doing is illegal. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS APP!! Update - I was able to get a refund.
