Good program except they are a proponent of segregation. They have separate meetings for blacks and indigenous people. This is the problem in society today. We need to be one people. I think they do it for the money. Sorry to say. They need credibility

Perhaps this works for some people. It wasn't my thing. I put in the work but it just didn't do it for me. So, ok... i paid for the first year. I used it intermittently for about 3 months of the first year. I quickly realized it wasn't for me so I canceled and called it a loss.... or... so I thought. A year later I'm charged $120 for the renewal. My fault! Thinking i canceled when seemingly, I did not! Within 24 hours of this charge I contacted "support" and requested a refund along with officially canceling. I'm sure there's a way to see I've not used this app on their end. Crickets. I followed up about 15 times or so with no response. Finally, I did the thing I never do, threatened to leave bad reviews until i could speak with someone to discuss. I never leave bad reviews. Ever. I then, get a response 'so sorry you were in the wrong department. We'll forward this to the correct place to get you taken care of.' 3 days with no follow up. Within that time, i emailed again. crickets. I do take responsibility for not canceling when I thought I did however, I think it's wrong to not accommodate for a mistake but to completely ignore my request for a review seems a bit scammy.

I joined the ReFrame app 75 days ago. I have been trying to curb my drinking on my own for a couple of years but always end up back at the same place I started. Finding this application is completely changing my thoughts around using alcohol without an ounce of pressure. If you are considering joining, I would suggest jumping on one of the many online meetings that they offer throughout the day. The community is very encouraging and supportive. It's a great way to get connected and start using the great tools that the app also provides to help you on your cutback or alcohol-free journey. In addition to many tools, there is a lively forum that is also used to connect with other ReFramers and ReFrame Coaches. If you are sober curious, desire to cut back or become alcohol free, this app is definitely worth the purchase. There is also NO shame as they teach the science behind alcohol. The only thing I wish is they would expand the web version to allow users to chat in the forum. It is easy to access from your phone or tablet, but I still love to be able to type on my desktop/laptop. I have learned that the developers and staff really listen to members needs and wants to improve the community and app. I have only been on the app for a little over 2 months and it has been worth every single penny. Edited to add****** there is a review TrustPilot allowed I do not agree with at all. The reviewer is complaining about having a separate meeting for already marginalized groups of people. It creates more hate, lack of respect and could potentially be harmful to people from a number of communities that are looking for a safe space to reframe their relationship with alcohol. They also offer parent meetings, grief and loss meetings, meetings for women, meetings for men, medical professionals, the neurodivergent population and much more. I am so grateful for the variety of meetings and inclusion. I sincerely hope TrustPilot will take the review down because it IS harmful instead of helpful. Please do better TrustPilot.

I actually quite enjoyed using the app and found it helpful. What I didn't like was my experience of subscription. I made sure I cancelled my subscription on my Google account, double checking several times. I was very surprised to see that they went ahead and took a further annual subscription from me. It took me several emails and a complaint made via my bank to actually get the money refunded. Not good enough and it let them down as a company.

Here is what happened. I got a receipt from Reframe on September 3 for a charge of $69.99. I immediately email the company to cancel the subscription (which I didn't even know I had) and get a refund. I received an email stating that they the refund request has been forwarded to the department handling those. I checked my credit card on September 16, didn't see a refund, and sent another email. Now they are just ignoring me. I finally called my credit card company to deny the charges.

DO NOT sign up for this service. They make it very confusing about where the subscription lies (I used Apple Pay and then checked and it wasn’t it the subscriptions) and then after the initial low price they take a massively increased payment and say it was processed through the app. The app itself is pretty poor too, it’s basically just a money making scheme with no intention of helping anyone.

I searched out a drinking app and randomly landed here. BAM! Supportive REAL community, daily readings that are optional but fact based, it just has all the things I needed. There’s no guilt, no shame, it’s SUPPORT. My drinking is down by like 80% and I’ve had quite a few weeks of no alcohol. Give it a try. You’ll see

I joined reframe 152 days ago having drunk too much every day for over 30 years. My brother uses Reframe to help him cut back so I joined to do that. The amazing approach of educating me on the neuroscience behind why we drink was game changing! It’s no coincidence that I’m 152 days sober and LOVING life. The support of this community is INCREDIBLE and I’m never looking back and know so much of a better more fun future is ahead of me!
