Reframe has been so helpful in my recovery. I didn't have a good experience in AA because I'm not religious, but Reframe is super inclusive, whether you want to cut back and have a better handle on your drinking, or go completely alcohol free. There are super supportive meetings and the forum is nice if you need someone to talk to late at night. It's much cheaper than the amount I was spending on drinking.

Reframe is great at providing help to those who want to cut back or stop their alcohol use. Everyday you get new science backed info to help you make good decisions. The zoom meetings are very supportive and you don't have to turn your camera on or even give your name unless you want to. I am thankful for such a caring community and have achieved my goals.

I've been on Reframe for about three months. It admittedly took me awhile to explore the app and learn all of its features. There are so many tools within the app that it can feel overwhelming at first. However, once I practiced and got comfortable with the platform it turned out to be an awesome resource for me. The community of like-minded folks is incredible. There is an active chat forum and multiple Zoom meetings per day. The community aspect of Reframe is easily the top feature. Additionally, there are daily tasks to help keep you motivated and mindful of your relationship with alcohol. I use them as journaling prompts and get a lot out of it.
