I am really loving the horsehair electric toothbrush heads. It's gentle on the gums and feels like it's doing a great job on my teeth. I also am really attracted to getting the plastic out of my mouth.

Will be cancelling my subscriptions. There’s something wrong with their subscription portal. I had a subscription for the toothbrushes, it went through and I realized I had too many so I cancelled the subscription. Found out 2 days later that instead of just canceling it, it submitted a second order of the same thing. So it charged me twice for the same order, second one after I cancelled it. I called support and they won’t give me a refund even though their portal screwed up. Not buying from here again. Find a different company who actually cares about their customers and wants true customer satisfaction.

What sold me was the low emf, natural horse bristle and wood head. I ordered two electric horse-bristle toothbrushes about a week ago, and I’m already obsessed. During checkout, I qualified for 4 free gifts but accidentally missed selecting them, so when my toothbrushes arrived, the gifts weren’t included. I reached out to Primal’s customer service right away, and they were so helpful! They quickly helped me get the missing gifts fulfilled, and I just received them today. After using the electric toothbrush for about a week, I can honestly say I love it. My teeth feel so clean after brushing even with the softer horse bristle and I’ve noticed such a difference in how my gums feel. And also the toothbrush itself is so cool look. I actually look forward to using it! I’m so happy I made the switch and am making healthier choices for my family and I.

First of all, my electric toothbrush all of a sudden stopped working. It starts but makes a really loud sound and the toothbrush head wobbles. I tired to tighten it but nothing worked. So, I started searching for a new one. I came across Primals and after reading about it, I decided to purchase. I could feel and see the difference in my teeth; and after using the boars brush it just seems to clean better. Moving my tongue around my teeth feels smooth. Love the toothpaste tablets. A nice minty taste. I'm liking it so far. And, thank you, Lauryn for quickly sending the toothbrush replacements.

Been waiting for someone to bring out a product like this! Received my order in good time and using it ever since. One little thing...any chance of bringing out a round headed brush, got so used to this shape that I'm finding the long head takes a bit of getting used to.

Even though the package was quite delayed, I am very happy with you, the Primals family. It is a brand-new and pleasant experience to brush my teeth with a natural boar-bristle brush on a bamboo handle, rather than the toxic plastic brushes I used before. I notice that after brushing with the natural bristle brush, my breath stays fresh for hours. When I used plastic brushes, my breath would smell bad just minutes after brushing, even though I use fluoride-free toothpaste made from natural ingredients. I am so happy I found you. The products are exactly what I'm looking for. I want to be as toxin free as possible and take out those microplastics other toothbrushes put in my mouth. Lauryn has been very helpful and sent a replacement brush very quickly when I needed it. I will order from Primals going forward. Great products and customer service.
