Really truly amazing product!!! Love the toothbrush so much!! The bristles are firm but soft, don’t hurt your gums at all and it’s actually a soothing, luxurious experience to brush my teeth twice a day now 😍🥰❤️ made the mistake of telling my kids about microplastics too early, and they screamed about brushing their teeth for ages! So I’m very glad they are here! (I got the electric toothbrush for myself and regular horse hair bristles kids toothbrush for my girls!

It was great, have used the toothbrush for a couple of weeks now just went and got my teeth cleaned at the Dentist, last week. I really like it. And I feel good about getting rid of my plastic Oral B toothbrush heads.

We initially ordered the handheld toothbrushes and loved them! We ended up deciding to buy the electric toothbrushes and wow! They are fantastic! Before we found the manual Primal toothbrushes we tried to replace our old Sonicare with a new one. We returned it because it was so cheaply made, so weak and was honestly just pathetic. I am so thankful for having found the new Primal electric toothbrush! I love the customer service as well. I can’t recommend Primals enough! We are loyal customers for sure!

I absolutely love this toothbrush! The horsehair bristles are soft enough that I don’t feel like I’m scraping away at my enamel, but it still does an excellent job of cleaning my teeth. It feels gentle and effective at the same time, which is exactly what I was looking for. I also really appreciate that it’s environmentally friendly. It feels good to use a product that’s thoughtfully made without sacrificing performance. And honestly, it’s beautiful! The design is so aesthetically pleasing that it’s actually something I enjoy having sitting on my bathroom counter. It’s rare to find a product that checks all the boxes—effective, gentle, environmentally conscious, and genuinely beautiful. I even bought one for my mom!

Very simple to understand how to use the product, everything you need to use it is provided. Shipping was great and the packaging was well organized. Product works VERY EFFICIENTLY, making me want to take my dental health seriously. Great purchase. Excellent team.

Really like the toothbrush!

I have tried a couple of different natural toothbrush brands and almost all of them have bristles that shed constantly even after pre-rinsing and regular brushing. With Primals, I pre-rinsed the bristles as suggested before brushing and did not experience any bristle shedding at all!! Finally!
