Very nice staff

I was very fortunate to connect with Prescription Lifeline on my first attempt and then to have such an expedited application. Everyone was very cordial and when I needed support while filling out the paperwork, the person on the phone was very patient. I hadn't responded to this survey until now due to a change of computers and technology's continuing "befuddlement" and my primary medical doctor was gone for a time. Nevertheless, PE kept in touch. I look forward to the coverage and expect the same high standards.
