My doctor, Dr. Updegraff, applied July 9, 2026 to Glaxo Smith Kline assistance team to help lower the cost of a tier 3 drug medication Trelegy 100mcg inhaler. I was disappointed in how long the process took to get me on the patient assistant program. Dr. Updegraff faxed in all the required paperwork 2-3 times and twice it was either lost or misplaced. It was finally approved 7 weeks later on August 27, 2026 and I received my first prescription on August 30, 2026. I am in hopes their is no problem with refills or when it is time for my yearly renewal I can extend the program. I would hate the thought of having to start the whole process over again. UGH At the end Wren was very helpful in solving all issues.

Prescription lifeline canceled my medication in september for the next year. Then, they continued to charge me in january after they had canceled me. I called to ask for a refund, and they would not give it.

taking a long time to refill my insulin. been without ahiur three weeks. sugars are looking bad and worrying me. i really need my medicine. like overnight.

I Have paid the $50.00 fees and been charged $79.00 for the Restais on my credit card, and I have not even received an email stating that the charges were made and when I would receive the Restais.

I keep receiving emails requesting information I already fowarded several times.
