It was time for my renewal and my wife had just gotten insurance through her work. With my wife’s insurance my medication (Eliquis) was going to be even lower than I had been getting it from you. I truly appreciate your help in the prior year in getting my medication at a discounted price, it really helped us financially and made it so I wasn’t worried whether or not I would be able to get my prescription. I also appreciated being treated so nicely by everyone that I had talked to. No one ever talked down to me or made me feel like a worthless individual due to my lack of money. My husband was diagnosed with a lung disease and we were shocked and surprised and in disbelief when we learned the cost of the medication he needed. Then I found the phone number that I could call to get assistance to help with the cost of the medication and Prescription Lifeline approved our application and I was notified the next day and we are on our way to a longer life for my husband all because the people at Prescription Lifeline care and they do everything they can to help.

I have paid for this service but have received nothing. I was told papers would be sent but have not gotten any. Will they be coming soon?

Contacted this company in April about getting help with a prescription. Was advised of a monthly fee and sent paperwork. All paperwork was submiitted and I was supposed to get my medicine soon. Now it is July 22 and you want more paperwork. A rep told me I would never be approved they were very rude. I asked to cancel my membership and would like a refund. Probably won't get that. I will get my Doctor to "Advocate" for me. Edit- When I applied with this company I was told about 2 months and I would get my medicine. I did contact SSI and was told I was not eligible for help. I have since found out my doctor can help with this for free. The company has refunded one month to me. I will just say make sure you fully understand the process with this company.
