Complicated procedures to apply but the staff was always very helpful and able to answer questions. I only wish that I could get the medication faster!

Very caring staff and service. The only potential downside is the amount of documentation they require to evaluate membership. Also, I didn't realize there was a membership fee of ~$255/quarter.

I sent in the documents by email on the 18th. I hope they are clearer. I will be mailing a copy also. It states my next renewal is on 10/03/2026. We have gotten no medicine so far this month. Waiting on Social Security's final answer. So it looks like we won't be getting any medication until August of 2026. Could you please take a look at this?
