I am essentially doing their work for them ( ie what we are paying them to do ) . I have called them numerous times to find out the status of my Husband's medicine. I have yet to get a straight answer - I get sent from one person to another and each time they say they will find out why it is taking so long and that they will call me back - but they NEVER do - I end up calling them again and again . I have also called the Physician's office to follow up They should be paying me . As far as I am concerned their service is very poor.

It is to expensive. I pay for insurance and a supplement insurance, and they want another 125 a month from me. It's a 3 month supply of medicine which is actually free,, but I have to pay a service fee every month. Discussed with my Dr and he said he can do the same thing for me with no fees. Ask your Dr's for help if you can't afford medicine.

Mrs. McMahon, While you are correct that no one is required to use our services to apply to patient assistance programs, the process can be very complicated. Patient assistance programs do not have the same rules and requirements and it can be very confusing when dealing with multiple medications, knowing how and when to place refills, and providing the additional paperwork required throughout the enrollment period. Not all doctors offices are willing or capable of giving their patients the assistance that Prescription Lifeline prides itself on providing. If you find that your doctors office is lacking in advocating on you behalf feel free to contact us. Prescription Lifeline

Filling out paperwork was smooth process. Just need to get all your ducks in a row and pay attention. Recieved meds . Got notice that I was approved about a month after I received meds. OK by me. I was just extremely appreciative of all the excellent help I received. Thank you prescription lifeline . Jo
