Great service
It was great to work with the people At Patient Care, especially Kenneth Malone. He was very professional and took care of all the paperwork with my Urologist and with the Insurance Company. Highly recommended.

I am relatively new to Patient Care…
I am relatively new to Patient Care Medical. I found them doing a google search for a specific item I require (thanks google!). I used the "contact us" form, on the website, and received a call from Lara within 10 minutes, THAT is customer service. Lara listened to my specific needs, is a subject matter expert, explained options, took down information, and MADE IT HAPPEN. THAT is also great customer service and she has stayed in contact by following up and making sure I have the required medical supplies I need. So would I recommend Patient Care Medical? YES, that is a no brainer and hey, you may get lucky and get to talk to Lara, however I am sure the other representatives are awesome as well.

I feel fortunate to have made a completely random call to your company and reaching Chase . I explained my situation to him and he told me “no problem” , we’ll be glad to be your new catheter company” . He interacted with me and treated me in a very professional manner .
