Major ripoff! Can’t even get them on the phone after they take your money. Don’t bother!

After reviewing your account I see that you did not call the main Customer Service line that was listed on all of your paperwork. Prescription Lifeline has thousands of satisfied members that are currently enrolled in patient assistance programs and receiving their medications.

Do not use Prescription Lifeline! They are lying to you! It is simple and easy to get what they are providing for free! Your doctor can help you with all the forms needed for financial relief. They are taking advantage of government programs and charging you for it.

Prescription Lifeline does not lie to its members, nor is it affiliated with any government programs. Prescription Lifeline assist its members with the enrollment process to Pharmaceutical Company's Patient Assistance Programs. Unfortunately not all doctors office's are willing to invest the time and resources to research the requirements for a specific patient assistance program. Prescription Lifeline has been assisting members since 2002 and has a vast database with all the rules and requirements necessary to be approved for these programs.

Everything is fine. Just wish communication of incomplete application would've been a little better

I fall between the cracks with my insurance due to the price o Diabetes Medication. After 6 months I no longer can afford 3 of my medications because I go into the 3rd Tier. This makes insulin Tresiba and Januvia go from $163 for 90 days to $750 each. Cannot afford the Trulicity at all. With this medication I can keep my A1c at 7 vs without my A1c is 10. I need this medication, please.
