The service is very good...but
The service is very good, but not enough to raise prices by 45%! Just one more example of taking a swipe at the elderly!

Didn’t like having to pay an extra $5.00 a month for using new credit card. Not my fault my account was hacked, but I am being punished. Rep was nice, patient and thorough.

I dislike that my medications are important and I have been waiting greater than 6 weeks for the medications.

Passive aggressive. Was cut off each time I needed a clarification. Don't like the fact each time I call I speak to different people. There is not one person assign to your case.
