I paid my enrollment and 199 for my first round of medication... Then i discovered, i could have requested the same paperwork needed to get assistance... ok i thought. i pay as instucted... but then my drug stength went down and my monthly cost was only 8.00. They gave me hell about stopping future payments etc. sent them a letter of notification to no longer draft my account... more grief... I dont like the way they hide behind their so call CONTRACT

So looking at other reviews as long as you don’t want to stop the application and you don’t want your money back it’s good. However for the group of us that want to cancel in less then 3 days it’s not nice. I saw one person had to wait 21 days for a refund, I would be happy to wait 21 days but instead I was told I had to pay my 1st payment plus another $150. I had no choice just to stop it. Why would some get a refund and some an additional charge?

After doing more checking with my insurance. it was cheaper for me. Canceled in less than 24 hous. They say 3 days no issues. They still took out my money. Had to call 2 times already to get my money back. Now they are telling me 21 days to get it back.

I would give this Scam company a negative # if offered. They claim to collect fees to advocate for you to get your medication. We paid them 458.00. They did nothing for us in 3 months. We verbally cancelled with them 3 x because they produced nothing. We went directly to Skyrizi and they said they had never heard of them, didn’t work with them, had never received any paperwork from them and they are a SCAM. We had to submit all the paperwork to Skyrizi that we had already given to Prescription Lifeline. We finally received the medication from Skyrizi after 4 MONTHS of runaround, (3 with Prescription Lifeline.) I called AGAIN, to cancel. Was told it’s a year contract and I will have to pay the other 600.00 OR I could pay just 200.00 (for a one time advocacy), today to close out the contract. I am being sent to collections. Don’t deal with this company!

This quick over the phone signing up without knowing if I agreed to the 3 day changing my mind and then after I received the paperwork a week later realizing that this was not what we wanted I was told that is was too late to opt out and unable to cancel is really not fair - thinking that we could save some money and now even costing us more 😢😢😢

i tried to cancel my membership 2 days after i signed up it with in 3 days they are telling me because they sent me early paperwork i cannot cancel and they say i have to pay another $200 to get out of the contract this is a joke they keep saying with pride that i will get sent to collections if i don not make next pymt

I don't feel comfortable about this. I felt pushed and overwhelmed by the multitude of questions. The refinancing of my mortgage wasn't this complicated. I considered canceling. BUT THEY WON'T LET YOU CANCEL!!! Wish I'd never heard of this place! I feel slimed! Now I'm in a nightmare trying to protect myself: close all of my bank accounts: new account numbers for everything. All of my automatic payments have to be redone; new bank/credit/debit #s into everything I order online; call everyone to let them know why my payments are late. And worst of all: a new number for my SS direct deposit and that could take 30-60 days!!! So I have a full time job dealing with this all because I DO NOT TRUST THEM!!! 08/19/26 So, they've gotten $249 already and now they want another $200 to get out of the contract or they will turn me into collections! This is nothing BUT a scam to bilk seniors! I found medicare .gov > just type in the name of the drug needed (Breztri) and I had it in 10 days FREE!!!!! Thanks to the help from the Iowa Attorney General this ordeal is now over! It's just too bad they haven't been stopped from harming others.

This is the most incomptent group of people I have every worked with . You can ask two people the same question and get two different answers. Totally unprofessional.
