I went to Nilza Marquez in September 2026 and had an amazing experience. I was connected to this clinic by Ruby at Medical Tourism Co and they also were so great to work with! I intended to get All-In-Six, but walked away with something completely different. I did a CT scan as soon as I got there, and Dr. Nilza informed me they could save all my teeth, plus do implants and crowns for the missing teeth. I came down Tuesday, and left Saturday. On Tuesday I had the CT and consult done. The next three days were very intense. I had 19 root canals, multiple extractions, and 3 implant posts put in. While I was there and in the chair, I listened to podcasts while they did their work. All of the staff were incredible. They are so kind, patient, and understanding. The root canal specialist is so skilled and able to move very quickly. The person who did the rest of the work was also very skilled. They are very supportive when it comes to pain management. They made sure I was thoroughly numbed (the numbing injections are the worst part!) and even understood when my jaw was so tired after several hours I couldn’t open my mouth up as much as they desired! They also prescribed me pain meds, anti-inflammatory, and antibiotic. While they quoted me for All-On-Six, saving my teeth ended up being more expensive. Since I had come down on one price though, they discounted my services to the price of the All-On-Six treatment. They didn’t have to do that, but they are wonderful enough that they did. I asked for an all-inclusive package, and they put me up in a wonderful hotel with great room service and a pool. They also took me out shopping to get gifts for family and friends back home. Overall, they are so generous, compassionate, skilled, and my experience was more wonderful than I ever could have hoped. I can only say positive things about this clinic. From the kindness and patience of Joselyne who helped arrange things for me, to Jesus, their front staff, to Dr. Nilza, to the incredible doctors who did much of the work, everyone worked together to ensure I was able to get all I needed done that could be done that visit. Because of my treatment plan, I go back to Dr. Nilza Marquez two more times, each 4 months apart. I look forward to going down there again and getting the rest of my treatment done.

My journey to get my implants done at Sani Dental was awesome, we were in constant contact ftom beginning to end. They always checked up on me snd Paul was always available.

My experience with MTC and VG Plastic Surgery in South Korea was incredible. I’m especially grateful to Ruby, who was my first contact through WhatsApp. She was kind, patient, and thorough from beginning to end. I’m sure some of my messages could have been published in chapters, but she never made me feel like I was asking too much. She understood how important it was for me to feel comfortable and happy with the outcome. I came to MTC for revision rhinoplasty after a deeply unsatisfying first surgery in the United States. It was devastating to go through something so personal and come away feeling that my concerns hadn’t been understood or resolved. My deviated septum had been largely overlooked, and I was still distracted by the structural features I’d hoped to address. Finding care that understands Black features was a huge part of this experience. In my search for care in the U.S., I often felt that the approach to facial harmony was shaped by a narrow, white beauty standard. It’s painful to wonder whether a doctor knows how to work with your features without treating them as something to erase. After extensive research, I chose the facility I wanted to use and was set up with Dr.Park Sang Wook. The number of African American rhinoplasties he had performed helped me feel that my goals were familiar territory to him. I felt safe, recognised, and understood. conveniently, even before I was officially assigned to his care, he had been one of the doctors I had written down in my notebook while researching skilled surgeons that could do what I wanted.:( My revision used rib cartilage to refine the tip of my nose and also addressed my deviated septum. Ruby helped me communicate my goals so clearly beforehand that the in-person consultation felt easy. Then I met Jenny, who was basically Ruby but IRL: just as kind, patient, and reassuring. That continuity of care made such a difference. The support I’d felt over WhatsApp carried into the experience in person. I even brought AI-generated reference images, initially feeling a little ridiculous about it, but they turned out to be genuinely useful. Apparently, my slightly unserious visual presentation had a serious job to do. Having a translator throughout meant the language difference never left me feeling lost, and knowing I had access to support around the clock was incredibly reassuring. What I’m most grateful for is the peace this has given me. I already thought I was beautiful; I wasn’t chasing physical perfection. There were simply things about my nose that occupied my thoughts every day, along with little tricks and rituals to make it look the way I wanted. Now, that mental noise has quieted. My face feels balanced, and I can look at myself with kind eyes and move on with my day. I’m not standing in front of the mirror thinking, “My God, it’s perfect—quick, what else can we perfect?” Mostly, I’m just living my life. Something that used to feel like a daily problem no longer does, and that relief means more to me than I can explain. Thank you to Ruby, Jenny, and everyone at MTC and VG Plastic Surgery for helping me feel confident in my decision after such a disappointing first surgery. I’m deeply appreciative of your care, patience, and artistry. And to be clear, being at peace does not mean you’ve seen the last of me. You’ve earned a very devoted fan. This isn’t goodbye; it’s “I’ll probably see you again sooner than expected.” 😭

I had an umbilical surgery performed at Sani Medical in Los Algodones, Mexico with the help of Lesley of Medical Tourism Corp helping to coordinate everything. The process went smoothly and have had no complications after 6 weeks and I am healing as expected. The clinic is a short walk from the border. The staff at Sani Medical was great and made me feel comfortable. Most of the staff spoke English which made me feel comfortable.

This was the best experience in my dental care. The dentists were knowledgeable and caring with me throughout the entire process. Lesley you are a gem and your company is fortunate to have you! Barleti Dental clinic I received a call from Roy acknowledging my online enquiry about my teeth. Roy was kind, attentive and receptive to my dental situation. He kindly referred me to Edmond, who promptly took up my case with such patience and precision. Edmond offered me clarity, options and, most importantly, kindness. He also went above and beyond to ensure that my transit and stay in Albania remained seamless and unforgettable. I had an online consultation with Dr Maurizio, who explained the entire process to me in detail. I later had the pleasure of meeting the amiable Dr Maurizio in person, who, alongside his brilliant assistant Keta, gave me the perfect smile. My time at Barleti was pleasant and welcoming, thanks to all the members of staff who took the time to ensure that my comfort was guaranteed. I will forever be grateful to all of them, but particularly to Ledina, the kind and ever-smiling receptionist who guided me around the clinic with so much patience and grace. Overall, my heart is overwhelmed with gratitude, and my lips haven’t seen this much laughter until after this procedure. If you’re considering a dental procedure in Tirana, Albania, please don’t sleep on Barleti. You won’t regret it.

Very good the Dentist was very professional. No pain from my treatment. Good communication with the company felt as if I was in good hands. The Dentist Surgery could have been better sign posted, by taxis driver was very helpful. Only thing to remember is cash only not made clear in web site. But very good value and service.
