Hi Alex, We are sorry for the inconvenience this has caused. We are sorry the product came broken, sometimes in shipment that happens. We asked for pictures multiple times so we can file the claim on our end, which our representatives tried to explain. Once we received those photos, we would have been able to send you a replacement or a refund, right away. Unfortunately, we were unable to complete the process, if you would still like a refund or a new product, we are more than happy to help.
