You get the product out fast which is important to people like me, running a pool company, who needs the items to make our customers happy. Also important for homeowners who may not order the product until they already need it for an issue

Received a competitive price from your sales agent. Routing and reporting shipping steps was puzzling. The filter was delivered by a friendly small local delivery co. Their truck had a gate that lowered the pallet to the ground. Nice touch. The filter was well strapped to a pallet. Good experience

We try and use the best carriers possible when delivering our products, we are glad to hear they were able to provide you with a good experience. The delivery went smoothly. My only complaint is a big one -- I was led to believe when ordering and in the order confirmation that the pool chiller would ship right away. I was not told there was a six-week delay (in other words, backorder) until I had made the purchase and called to find out why nothing seemed to be happening. So, I received a pool chiller when summer was over. Had the real situation been portrayed correctly, I would not have placed the order at all and waited until the Spring.

We are very sorry for the inconvenience this has caused. Usually, this manufacture has a two-week lead time, but they fell behind during summer and we could not get a lead time from them. We are very sorry for the lack of communication on our end. If there is anything we can do to make this right, please let our customer service team know.

Easy to check out. Though I would have preferred a Pay Pal option.
