Product came quickly.....and product worked when installed. I had just went through 3 months of a non-functional $4000 product from another company. Consumers need to realize that sometimes they are dealing with 2 parties if there is an issue on an expensive product....the company they purchased from...and the manufacturer. Sometimes one points the finger at the other....and the consumer suffers.

I had a great phone conversation with 2 staff members. I received a discount on shipping and I appreciate that. The heater and stack arrived quickly and when installed worked perfectly. I highly recommend this company. Thanks!
