I have owned the All in Plunge for two years. Within the first three months, the entire unit had to be replaced due to continuous water leaking. Since then, I have had to replace the filter housing twice under warranty, with each replacement taking five to six weeks to arrive. The filter housing has failed yet again. Despite having an extended warranty, my claim for this recurring issue was denied. Furthermore, because your customer service operates exclusively via email, resolving this has been incredibly difficult. I have even attempted to purchase the replacement part outright, but have not been able to get a clear response or assistance with doing so. STAY AWAY!!

Stephanie, we understand how frustrating it is to experience another leak after prior repairs and a replacement. Extended-warranty claim decisions are made by the independent plan administrator, not Plunge. Our team has now offered two paths: purchasing the filter housing directly from us or continuing the warranty process. Wish I bought the Morozko my friends had recommended, none of theirs have broke in this 2 years span. The Plunge All- in marketing got me, suppose to be reliable, low maintenance, it looks sleek, influencers love it....All a mirage. The plan was give it to a bunch of influencers and have good social media marketing and that worked for me… at first, but with any product that’s only the first step to a good product. There was 0 thought into the maintenance of the product and having the infrastructure to take care of people post purchase besides you must buy an extended warranty. Even if I had a warranty and did not spend the thousands after the fact to fix this plunge allin, I still spent numerous days off waiting for a repair man to fix my plunge. I also have spent full nights after work trying to troubleshoot through all their email instructions to me that I have to figure out on my own. First leak was a pretty penny but I thought, lets just spend the money once and get it done. Well, not done, then it needed a new chiller for $2835.47, and I decided, one final time to invest. Also, if I didn't negotiate to that number they original hit me at $4050 for parts and labor of new chiller. Then the head unit went down and wouldnt connect to the app and I needed a new display unit for another almost $500. Now it is leaking again and it almost another $1000 dollars to repair. I will be giving this away for free and buying a Morozko. I cant in good conscious sell this thing to anyone knowing it ends up leaking so frequently no matter how much money you pump into it.

The Plunge customer service is very prompt and they try to be helpful, but the Plunge needs service maintenance (not just cleaning and refilling) at least once per year. In my town of about 200,000 people, I couldn't find any professional service companies. This left me and my family to troubleshoot it ourselves which takes a significant amount of time and effort. Plunge support also sends you the kits/repair parts as if these are easy fixes, I did not find that to be the case. Most of the maintenance requires someone who is beyond just handy, and has a significant amount of time to put toward this if there is no one local to provide service. Handyman services won't do it. I have purchased a lot of expensive wellness equipment, like a Peloton and a sauna and neither one of those things has ever needed professional service. (Peloton going on ten years)

One distinction is important: component troubleshooting or repair is not the same as routine water and filter maintenance, and professional repair is not a standard annual requirement for every Plunge. Our team sends diagnostic steps and the specific parts identified so an issue can be addressed efficiently, but we recognize that some repairs require more time and technical comfort than others. Where technician coverage is available, we can help coordinate service. Your feedback about local coverage and the usability of repair instructions is fair and valuable.

The purchasing, shipping, delivery of the unit were fantastic, could not ask for better. Actually delivered in about half the estimated time! I have already used it twice and trying to get everything figured out. I had a few questions and when I called the automated system told me to go through the portal to submit a ticket which was not the friendliest system to use as it made it seem it would not complete the ticket without pictures. The ticket actually went through and as usual with this type of support system I did not explain it well or put all the information needed so now I have received and email asking for more information. This could have been a simple phone call and I could have moved on. Not a fan of this type of support in general. I had already searched the app, website and internet for the answer.
