I recently had a great experience dealing with The Plunge custmoer service / repairs team involving my chiller not operating correctly, It took some problem solving and with help and quick thinking of Brian Shannon on the repairs team he saved me weeks off my repair time. I was back up and running in no time. My plunge is over 2 years old and honestly has been running strong the whole time . I have over 800 plunges logged on the app and looking forward to 800 more.

Take the Plunge! I've been working with MK and Marlene at Plunge customer support to resolve an issue with my Plunge unit. The customer support is outstanding to say the least. They always respond to my e-mails, or call when I so request. They look for solutions to the issues, work to resolve them quickly and follow up continuously until the matter is resolved. Nothing works perfectly all the time and what is important is the customer service you receive to resolve issues. I've had my Plunge for four years and it has helped me physically and mentally. I think it is the best investment in my health I have ever made.

This is going to be a long review, but worth the read. I have both the Original Plunge Tub with the Pro Chiller and the Plunge Air with Pro Chiller. One of the chillers went out and we tried to get it to come back on with no luck. I was still under my first year warranty so Plunge sent someone out to do the repair. Once the repair was complete the pro chiller developed a leak. Plunges third party company that did the repair kept coming back at their expense to take care of the new issue. The plunge came but when we tried to do the firmware update the system went down again. I then tried to connect the appt to my original plunge and pro chiller and unfortunately that set up experienced the same fate as the plunge air with pro chiller. We were able to find a third Pro Chiller to connect to and run through the process with. The third Pro Chiller went down but Plunge was able to get in the Plunge software and figure out the issues. Plunge is taking care of all the issues and having a preferred tech come out to do the repairs. It took a little longer than expected to get to where we are but Plunge has been helpful along the way and explained, in detail, to educate me on their system and what is going on. My family and I average 10 plunges a week between all of us, and the system works amazing. We could not be happier. Anyone reading this review, please DO NOT unplug the plunge. If you are or were connected to the app and having any electrical or software issues, Plunge may still be able to access your plunge to diagnose and help the issue. I hope this helps anyone that experience's the same issue. Our next purchase will be the Plunge All-In. These machines and technology to be able to connect remotely to diagnose is a game changer.

Looking forward to taking my first plunge. Good information from the website and spoke to a rep to clarify things on the power requirements. Electrical isn’t too bad but you will have to call an electrician to set up properly.

I really liked how the website explained the differences in the sauna's. It helped me determine which was the best fit for me.

Excellent experience from start to finish. Sauna is amazing, I use it almost everyday and its got to be the best purchase I’ve ever made!

read the reviews and ratings, plunge seemed to be the best, was expensive but you offered 0% interest, which makes it affordable for me
