The product might look good in the ads, but don’t let that fool you. What I got was poorly packaged, smelled strongly of plastic, and had visible manufacturing flaws. The zipper was already weak and wouldn’t close properly. When I reached out to customer support, I was met with delayed responses and zero help. I tried to request a refund and was ignored for several days. To make it worse, I found the exact same cold plunge on Alibaba, same dimensions and materials, for about 80% less. This brand is clearly drop-shipping with a heavy markup.
