I do see that you have created a ticket and our sauna support team has assisted you in the diagnosis of what occurred with your sauna. I do see that due to some setup and usage parameters, the sauna warranty was voided. I do apologize this occurred but am glad to see that our team has provided a path to resolution with the proper parts and repairs you are needing to get back up and running.
