Hi Michael, I am sorry to hear that there has been some delays in getting you the full resolution you and we would both want. I do currently seeing you in the final processes with our team through the troubleshooting and diagnostic portions of the CS outreach to get this resolved for you. Although I am seeing a few calls having occurred with our agents and our team does have a scheduled outreach to you, due to the visual nature of what is needed to help resolve, email is often times the best way to gather visual assets for this process.
