I've never experienced a more user-friendly sauna and cold-plunge experience. Using both the plunge and the sauna together was an incredible experience that left me feeling 100% better afterwards.

Do not buy from this brand, their customer service is terrible getting them to reply post purchase is wildly complicated. We’ve had our plunge installed for maybe 3 weeks and it broke and they are refusing to stand by their warranty. Were out thousands and thousands of dollars. Their reply below is BS. I have been going back and fourth with their customer service but it takes them 5+ days to respond every time and they told us that they won’t warranty it.

Beware there customer service is nonexistent and that is everything as there product breaks down often. Not sure why a company that started out great ended up a flop in the past year. I was going to upgrade to the All-in-one unit but there is no way I can now with zero customer service. Please read the reviews before making your mind up Thanks Dave

Second plunge, after multiple problems with that got fixed be me. I had to install my own parts for a leak, that they said "oh ya we have a bad China supplier" I still ordered the plunge Pro hoping for better quality. Less than one year later it is leaking all over the place. I have to leave a contact form asking me how many Amps my breaker is and other useless info. Nobody calls back and apparently they may have more bad "China suppliers". We will see how long it takes to get this resolved. Not hopeful after first Plunge issues and lengthy delays getting the to repair.
