As soon as your warranty runs out, things will start breaking. This product is trash, the customer service is horrible, and it will be an endless frustrating money pit. This product is far too expensive to be constructed so poorly. It feels like something new breaks every few months, and the cost to replace it is always a few hundred bucks. This time they want over a hundred bucks just to diagnose the issue. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE UNRELIABLE.

I own a Plunge Sauna Mini. Although the product itself has had some issues, the customer service team has been quick to fix them. I would and have recommended it to many friends.

I’m obsessed with the the Plunge all in Gen 2. Bought it before my hip replacement surgery and it dramatically helped reduce my inflammation and significantly increased my mental toughness before the surgery. Started with 1:30 at 50 degrees and I’m up to 3 min at 48 degrees. Taking the bath twice a day and look forward to using it post surgery. Great product in first week of use.

The quality of the motor and the chiller are substandard cheap parts from china and the warranty is pretty limited. Motor broke about 2 years after purchase and the chiller about 30 months. They want to charge a fee of $135 just to speak with you. Honestly all parts are after market and not high quality. For what you pay, I’d expect more. Won’t buy from plunge again.

I had some issues with my two units: 1 stopped working after about 6 months, the other shortly after. The company contacted me and provided solutions and help. Still working through getting things resolved, but it's looking promising! Will keep you posted.

I’ve had my plunge for a few years and it’s become a staple in my routine. I use it pretty consistently to assist with a back injury/ maintenance and also post gym. Some mornings I’ll dip first thing in the am to wake me up. I’ve noticed a difference and I’m glad I purchased the plunge with its easy operation and cleaning schedule. The app is great to get my tub ready for use whenever I need it. Customer service is always readily available and assist me with whatever I need and are great at following up to make sure my issue is resolved.

Absolutely horrible customer service. I’ve been through two chillers already. I suppose if you never have any issues and never have to deal with their customer service your experience might be OK but like many people online I’ve had nothing but issues in the two years Ive had my Plunge. Given the investment it takes to buy one of these I would stay away from this company and go with a different company.

Last winter I had flooding from my Plunge tub that ruined my hardwood floors. After a month of back and forth (always at least 1 week between responses I'd get from the company!), they finally sent a repairman out. He showed up late. I sent the text exchange that I had with the service rep to Plunge (evidence that he was hours late), to which the Plunge rep said "he said he was on time". Really??? Already upset with the lack of responsiveness and helpfulness, this really started to tip the scales. Then the service rep didn't reinstall the chiller properly, resulting in worse flooding. I asked to have my case escalated to someone else at Plunge. The service rep said he would escalate it to himself. Are you serious?? I found multiple exec and reached out to them on LinkedIn and asked to speak directly to them but they refused. Another 1.5 months later they finally replaced the chiller (and I had to replace all my flooring!). Now, 6 months later the replacement chiller has just stopped working. Hoping I might get better service, I reached out to start a claim. It has been 17 days, I have received one response saying "i'm sending this to our engineers" and I've heard nothing else. It's unbelievable. I'm going on a crusade now to tell people to: STAY AWAY FROM PLUNGE! It's just not worth it.
