My Happy Place!
I love the Plunge that we purchased! The chiller is efficient, and the tub is spacious, comfortable and easy to maintain. The Plunge looks great in our backyard, next to our hot tub. Plunging is a daily routine that has beneficial impacts to my health and mood.
The Plunge staff have been extremely helpful when I've had questions. They are friendly, responsive, efficient and professional.
I highly recommend the Plunge to anyone.

Happy customer
Ok, so my experience was a bit of a roller coaster ride, but in the end I’m a satisfied costumer.
1. I finally spring for the higher price point plunge after I decided that cold plunging is definitely a tool for better health. For the price, I expected a high quality product and out of the box I could see that’s exactly what it was.
2. Set up instructions are clear and easy to follow. Set up itself was also simple, I was able to manage it alone with a good dolly, consider a second set of hands if you don’t have the resources.
3. Here’s where my experience went a little sideways. After the pod was filled with water and pro chiller was connected I connected power and turned everything on as per the instructions. The chiller runs for less than a minute and when I’m updating the firmware everything stops. It doesn’t run, the display goes black and I have nothing. I go through all of the troubleshooting steps and at the end of the day I have a chiller that seems like it’s dead on arrival. Frustrating, but sometimes even products that are high priced and seem to be quality can arrive broken. These things happen.
4. The following day, I prepare to call customer service, only to find out that you can’t get someone on the phone by calling their support number. They are clear about that once you go through the call menu. You have to go through plunge support online and submit a ticket, as well as schedule a callback if you want to speak to a person. Submitting a ticket and some video/photos with an explanation of the issue is easy enough. Here’s where frustration starts to mount. After submitting a ticket I go to schedule a call, this is July 16th and the first available callback is July 28th. Like I said earlier, even expensive products can be delivered inoperable and that’s understandable for me. That being said, the thought of getting a product delivered broken at this price level and not being able to speak with someone for almost 2 weeks would likely be unacceptable to anyone and was absolutely unacceptable to me.
5. I’m not one to wait, so I start sending emails to each email supplied on the plunge website. First email I send to info@plunge and I receive an auto response which stated it’s an email that is not actively monitored(this doesn’t help with the my frustration). I send my last email that day to the sales email explaining what the issue was and how waiting until the 28th to speak with a representative was unacceptable.
5. Relief: I received a response the following day from the sales email, the representative said that they had expedited my ticket and that I should be contact the same day. Sure enough, I was contacted a few hours later by Jennifer from support. Not only was she a sweetheart, she immediately told me that she didn’t think the chiller was inoperable and that they’d been having issues with the firmware updates, and she could probably push it through remotely. She asked me to go back to the plunge and to turn the power back on. Once I did that, she attempted to push the firmware update through remotely. Seconds later the chiller starts running with no issues.
6. I think if there’s anything that could be improved, it’s the initial response. I don’t think waiting more than a business day or two to get in touch with a representative for something like this is acceptable. I looked at a few reviews during this time and saw some costumers had similar issues, but maybe they didn’t try the immediate follow up that I did. I was satisfied within a day, I don’t think I would have been contacted immediately without my follow up, but I’m still giving my experience 5 stars with a little constructive feedback. Jennifer, with the help of the sales representative that received my email and expedited my ticket got the job done and immediately remedied my issue.
7. Last thing, I’m in New York and Jennifer called me from Sacramento California and fixed my plunge remotely over the phone. If you take nothing else away from this review, you should at least be certain that there’s no way China doesn’t have all of our passwords.

Hi Mike, thank you so much for the honest and detailed review! We completely understand how frustrating that initial hiccup and support wait time were, but we’re so glad Jennifer and our sales team could step in immediately to get your chiller running remotely. We appreciate your constructive feedback as we work to make our response times even faster. Enjoy the plunge! 🌊

I purchased the highest quality cold…
I purchased the highest quality cold plunge that they sell. You get sold a warranty and it takes 3.5 months to get them to your house to repair it.. They do not honor their warranty and charged me $1250.00 to repair it. Meanwhile the guy that repaired it gave me an ear full that they do not honor their warranties and he can hardly keep up with the repairs.

Plunge Pod - Few weeks in Review.
So I have now had my Plunge Pod and Evolve Pro Chiller for a week now. It is all set up, which was very easy, and I have put it to use a few times now. I love everything about this! I have a sauna, sorry plunge - yours came out after I had already purchased mine, and I do Contrast Therapy now 4 times a week with my wife. We are hooked! Thats if we can get in it as my daughter has now taken a liking to it.
I highly recommend the Pro Chiller. It is super quiet when it is just maintaining temp or in Eco Mode and when it is chilling it is not much louder than an air conditioner unit. It gets to temp very quickly and keeps the water circulating and fresh. I love that you can schedule it from the app to be ready right when you need it.
I was on the fence about the Pod over the tub. I was concerned that it would be too tall to get into and that there wouldn't be enough room in it. I was wrong! It is very spacious, comfortable to sit in and very easy to get in and out of.
Again, if you are on the fence about it, get it! It is a great addition to my garage retreat!
I wish there was a place to post my picture of my set up!

I don’t usually write negative reviews
I don’t usually write negative reviews, but my experience with Plunge has been disappointing enough that I feel others should know what they’re getting into.
Over the time I’ve owned my Plunge, I’ve dealt with several major breakdowns, and every repair has been an uphill battle. Instead of making the warranty process straightforward, I’ve had to spend countless hours going back and forth just to get defective parts addressed.
One of the biggest frustrations is that the warranty doesn’t cover the diagnostic fee required to determine what’s wrong with the unit. If the product fails because of a manufacturing defect, customers shouldn’t have to pay out of pocket just to have that confirmed.
The repair process is painfully slow. What should be a simple warranty repair can take weeks or even months, leaving you with an expensive piece of equipment that’s unusable.
Customer support has also become increasingly difficult to deal with. There’s no easy way to speak with someone directly, and everything is handled through email, making an already frustrating process even more time-consuming.
For a company that markets itself as a premium brand, I expected a much higher level of reliability and customer service. Unfortunately, my experience has been the opposite. If you’re considering buying a Plunge, make sure you also consider what happens if something goes wrong. Based on my experience, that’s when the real problems begin.
I can’t recommend this company and would look elsewhere before making such a significant investment.
