A seam on a shoulder strap of my backpack went off, I have received a prompt and friendly response and offer to send it for repair or to be refunded for fixing it myself. A good experience overall. I would buy from them again. In fact: I've already purchased their most expensive one. Blok Large in Crinkle Black. Might be that it is an end game of searching for most perfect backpack for life :) Materials and organisation of space seem unbeatable.
