Great customer service
I bought the Komut medium bike backpack 9 months ago and it was well worth the investment. After all, 260 euros is not cheap. Super functional and yet stylish. Just what you'd expect from pingpong. Unfortunately, the zipper broke, which disappointed me a little, but that can happen sometimes, ok... But the customer service made up for it completely. Within ONE day, the support team sended a new backpack on its way to me and there was great communication by email. I was completely taken care of and more than satisfied. Really great! This is how customer service should work. Thank you for that.
