I was so excited to have this service. I take six pills at one time daily and the thought of having not to sort and organize anymore was the biggest reason for me to switch. It wasn’t easy getting it set up but my meds showed up on time. But rather being all filled in one neat package they have to in two packets per day. Why? Because the machine they use for my location cannot fill more than five pills in one package. They have machines that do more but not for where I live. This defeats the entire purpose of this company and no one fielding my lengthy phone calls setting this up told me this was the case. It never even occurred to me to ask if they would be supplied in one packet. I will not be reusing PillPack. Don’t promote and promise something you cannot fulfill.

This company was good until Amazon got involved. There is no human overseeing the medication process. Two months in a row they did not ship vital medication (heart, blood pressure, multiple sclerosis) holding up the shipment for ulcer medication. Seriously! The first time it happened they assured me it would not happen again. This time they said they want to ship all meds at once and they contact the customer to let them know. I asked who they spoke to or emailed and ooops! they failed to contact anyone. I asked the logic in holding a shipment of 20+ medications for 1 pill and she said so it is in the package all together. I asked her who makes this decision to hold onto an entire shipment of life saving meds and the response- it is computer generated. Bye bye pillpack!

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE! The worst customer service EVER. I finally had to cancel the entire mess. It has been about five weeks and still nothing filled. I called and was told, we are waiting because you said, You might cancel! Therefore, I did cancel. Don't waste your time...I wasted a lot of time giving them all my husband's medications etc.

The sign up process was easy without me having to make any extra phone calls to my doctor or pharmacy. I ended up not continuing their services because my local pharmacy was cheaper but I really have to hand it to this company for making the cancellation process a piece of cake! I was able to call on behalf of my husband, I simply stated I needed to cancel because of the cost and they did not try to hassle me into continuing with their services. The representative was super friendly as she took my information and transferred the prescriptions back to my local pharmacy. Usually cancelling anything is a painful process but these guys handled it super well.

I loved how convenient the service is until it wasn’t. I needed a prescription refill rushed and their idea of “rush” is a 10 day wait. Are these guys owned by Amazon or not? The other incident was when I told them the doctor discontinued a medication that caused an allergic reaction. I wrote them an email and they acknowledged that they would no longer ship it. A week later it’s on it way to me in a shipment. So I showed them the email and they said “oops” and recalled the shipment. One more week later I get an urgent call from PillPack asking me to give them my correct shipping address (which hasn’t changed) because they were notified that a shipment was undeliverable. Clearly they are not keeping records of emails in a client’s file so they can see changes requested and acknowledged. They need to get their act together.

So much for Amazon doing their part to fix the broken healthcare system. There is no pricing transparency and the cost is way more than all of my local pharmacies. They refuse to tell you the total cost until after you place the order and it can't be cancelled. I ordered an Rx that cost $1450 at CVS for a 90-day supply that was $1500 for a 30-day supply. This matters a lot when you are on a high deductible health plan. They then packed it all wrong and shorted me pills and told me it was the drs office fault (the dr showed me what they sent to pillpack and it was the correct quantity). Finally, they overcharged me and I had to go thru several channels to get my refund. This was way more work than getting this thru my mail order service or going to my local pharmacy. I have cancelled this service and will not recommend them to anyone.

Initially I liked this service for the dispenser and the individual packets. After signing up and being billed I received a bottle of vitamins, the exact same ones I would get from the pharmacy. When I called I was told it was because my vitamins were gummies and would melt in the despenser. I don't see why this would be the case, and even so why not inform someone they won't be receiving the service they signed up for, before billing them???!!

If I could rate a minus ZERO .. I would!!! In my first month Pill Pack only sent a few tablets and I was Left with many viles that they didn't have on their list. What's worst .. IN THE FIRST MONTH IN THE THIRD WEEK A PILL WAS LEFT OUT! IT WAS OBVIOUS THAT THIS MIRACLE PILL PACKING MACHINE MESSED UP! If this machine can leave one out .. it can surely put MORE than prescribed in. It took me 4 business days to reach someone. When I finally spoke to a professional ( lol) They used words like PROBABLY etc. Certainly not a word used when Speaking with a client about their Rx"s. Stop trusting! Become informed! And just DON'T DO IT!!!!! KNOW WHAT YOU ARE PUTTING IN YOUR MOUTH. Familiarize yourself with what you are taking. Do all that you can do as a patient. DON'T DO IT .. DON'T DO IT .. DON'T DO IT!!!!
