I have only great things to say about Amazon PillPack. I've been using their service for about a year, having used the same type of mail order packet service from another company that no longer offers this service. Hands down, PillPack is superior. The customer service reps that I have spoken to have seemed intelligent and have great communication skills. Twice they have even discovered and brought to my attention mistakes my doctor has made. They have taken the time and had patience with my questions. For example when my old doctor decided not to send a refill order at the last minute because I was no longer a patient. Amazon PillPack helped me to put together a bridge order with my new doctor. It used to take me at least an hour to sort out my own medications into pill minders each month, and then I was never sure I was right. I haven't ever found an error on the orders they package. One of my medications has to be cut in half. They even do that for me! They don't charge any extra for their service, either. My orders each month are less than my local pharmacy too. Use Amazon PillPack. It's worth it!

I just wanted to write a review for PillPack because I think the company has always been wonderful. Every time I’ve had any kind of issue—whether I contact them through chat, email, or phone—I’ve always gotten a quick, responsive reply that helps solve everything. Even today, I had an issue where I needed my prescription by tomorrow. My doctor accidentally sent it to Walgreens, and then Walgreens canceled it, so I was in a tough spot. I called PillPack, and they not only got my medication going but also shipped it overnight so it will arrive in time. It’s so much better than having to go to the pharmacy every two weeks and wait for a half hour for your prescription to be ready. I’ve been using PillPack for over a decade, and I think they’re a great company.

I called PILLPACK and talked to a lady named Hope who helped me. She was really nice. I got an email saying they couldn't refill my medications until I spoke to my doctor. On my dashboard it said my medications are prepared to ship and I have refills on all of them. Hope explained the email was sent in error.

I've been using Pillpack since before Amazon acquired them. I love them. They go out of their way to make sure I get my meds even if the mistake is on my end...including emergency overnighting enough pills for a new prescription to true up and coordinate for the next shipment. These guys know their business. They even bend over backward to coordinate with my insurance which will not pay more often than once a month supply. They do not do 90 day supplies. So what? They mail your meds every month. Responses from them have always been very timely and unfailingly pleasant. Can't say enough good things.

I have been using PillPack for several years, without a problem. I have always gotten my pills for the next month in time (although 1 time I received it only 2 days in advance). I just had a problem where my Doc didn't respond in time. I clicked on Chat, and in 5 minutes the CSR got me the pills as an interim til next month. I did have to wait 2 days. If I was to contact CVS I would spend at least 1/2 hr waiting to speak to someone. Then I would have to drive 15 miles, and stand on line for who knows how long.

I love PillPack. It’s easy to get ahold of them on the phone. They helped me get my medications transferred and we also added my vitamins (D and iron). I had a doctor that was very difficult to get ahold of. PillPack called her repeatedly for me. I changed doctors and, in the switch, I was running out of medicine. I was at work so I emailed PillPack. They responded to my email the same afternoon and sent my medicine overnight. I haven’t had any problems with billing or insurance. Their website is very helpful to see when your next shipment will arrive. They send emails as well. I’ve been using PillPack for a couple years now and I’m extremely happy with their service.

I was fortunate enough to speak with Bryan, who is a customer care representative with PillPack. Without a doubt the best customer service experience I’ve ever received. He was on the line with me for 40+ minutes to ensure everything was taken care of. Extremely helpful, detailed, patient, and thorough. If management sees this review, please give him a raise! He deserves it

I started using PillPack because I moved to a different state from a major city to a very small town that didn't have any major pharmacy chains. I have so far had an incredible experience. I was struggling to get my insurance input online when signing up, and one quick, easy, and pleasant call fixed my issue. I had to request medications early and I received them the next day, UPS. I have had nothing but great experiences with customer service. I love the ease and convenience of a mail in service and so far they are much more reliable than any other prescription mailing service I used in the past. I also love that you can add over the counter vitamins and supplements as well. I highly recommend Edit update: I have been using this service for 4 months and I have still had a fantastic experience. I actually just switched insurance and was prepared to call them to update it, and it was already done! I had to take zero action. I also had a situation where one of my medications was coming in the "morning" pack and I needed it in the "evening" pack, and they changed it no problem. I am still loving this service.
