Never had an issue until this month. Pills shipped December 15. Still not arrived. Call and was told, they can re-ship. Insurance will not cover i can pay for it though. Also, I lose a refill. Went back to my local pharmacy.

Mishandled my urgent prescription
To preface this comment: I have a life threatening autoimmune disease that I need my medications to ensure my kidneys and liver function properly as well as my heart and joints.
My prescription pack was to arrive on Dec. 23 before we leave on vacation tomorrow. I called on December 4th to ensure the pack would arrive in time due to the fact my first pack arrived on time. My pack did not arrive despite two confirmations on December 4th and December 23rd. The representative I first spoke to was helpful in directing me to the pharmacist after she told me there was nothing she could do about the late pack and asked if I could have someone pick up the pack and ship it again to our destination. The reason why the pack did not ship was due to a back order on the reusable pack dispenser and it was held at the shipment location. UPS did not receive the order until December 24th even though the representative I spoke with on December 23rd said they would overnight it to me. After I told her it was not an option to wait until the 26th when the pack was supposed to arrive, she then said I would have to clear it with my insurance to even get the medications I needed. She then said I would have to pay cash price for my medications. After she transferred me to the pharmacist, he reiterated the same information that previous representative did. The pharmacist was unprofessional and implied that I mistook my medications due to the timing of the arrival of my first pack. What he failed to understand is that I was out of my medications by the time my first pack arrived, so I did not misuse or take my medications out of order. Regardless, my pack has not arrived as it should have and was scheduled. After a lengthy phone call, he told me to find a pharmacy that was open. After I found one in Martinsburg, WV, my husband and I drove away from my family we were with. He then did not fax my prescriptions over as he said he would after my husband and I missed our church service to drive 45 minutes to an open Walgreens who were extremely helpful and polite. I called back and the hours had changed due to the holiday which any employee failed to inform us. I could not contact the company or pharmacist.
I am extremely frustrated and disappointed in the way the pharmacist and company handled the urgency of the situation. The fact that your website sent me an auto response to my message online saying to call a number that was not in use is both neglectful in your duty as a pharmacy and serving your customers.
Please correct this for future customers. My issue was resolved with no help from the representatives I tried to contact. I am a real person with very serious medical conditions like many other human beings you have neglected. Luckily, I had another pharmacy follow through and help me.

Sadly I thought this would be…
Sadly I thought this would be wonderful...I did get my meds 2 or 3 times....Then meds were lost or stolen...They offered 2 options...Rush out meds and hope insurance does not charge or contact local pharmacy and have order transferred....Of course that will also cause refilling...I said just send them ASAP...Supposed to come on Tuesday....That will only mean 1 day without meds...DON’T use this service...

Due to their ignorance
Due to their ignorance, even though I told them it would happen, they caused me to run out of my diabetic medication (insulin), not once but twice.
HORRIBLE!
I normally don’t leave reviews either good or bad but these medications are needed by people to live!

Decent Service, way overpriced
The service actually works well for me. I have used it for 3 months and consistently gotten the medications and supplements I signed up for.
The problem is pricing. I added fish oil and Claratin (generic). Their per-pill cost is 3x what i can buy it for on Amazon - $.10-$.20/dose doesn't seem like much but it's over $100 a year.
The prescriptions themselves (also generic) are around 1.5 to 2x the cost of Tom Thumb, even with my GoodRx card.
I'd rather get Tom Thumb pricing and just pay an extra $5-$10/month for the convenience (and free as a Prime Member). They're still making more money than a local pharmacy because of the low overhead, so I really don't understand their strategy.

Wow---Huge disappointment!!
Wow---Huge disappointment!!, what a great idea I thought. Called and reviewed my prescriptions with Alberto in September providing all requested information. Told Pillpack to start in late November to use up Rx on hand. In September I receive email saying drugs have been shipped. O.K. no big deal. The email listed all drugs in proper dosages. Last week I opened the box to find that ONLY 4 OF 7 DRUGS are in the package. Called and Elizabeth said some could not be shipped??? Who needs half of dosages??? That is exactly what Pillpack was suppose to eliminate. Very poor for an Amazon company. Extremely disappointed.

I regret ever having tried this…
I regret ever having tried this service. Literally every single thing they have done, they have screwed it up. They have a fundamental problem with how they work that when you first sign up, they fill all your prescriptions weeks early, but they don't check to make sure you have enough to last until the start date for when they send them. So if you run out before then -- guess what? You have to pay out of pocket, because your insurance thinks you've already filled your script for the month. And you can't just go get a week's worth locally because your scripts are now held by Pillpack! You have to wait on them to send them to you. And I'm just lucky I thought to check it on my own because I imagine a lot of people would just trust that they'd get their medication on time as the company promises. On my first box, they sent me an email telling me my medication list and when to expect it about 2 weeks after I'd signed up. I saw a medication was missing and contacted them immediately -- they basically said sorry, your script ran out and we tried to contact your dr, but he didn't get back with us so you're out of luck. And no, I couldn't call my dr and get the script approved because they'd already packed up my packets for the month and they couldn't add them at that point. They didn't contact me any up until that point so we could avoid this problem. Other problems -- they ran out of the "premium dispenser" I had ordered so instead of just sending me the cardboard one until they had them again, they literally just sent me a roll of pill packets in a bag. What even? Also, it says that you can customize when you want to take your meds, but no one ever asked me this. I take a lot of pills with supplements and all, and one of them makes me really sleepy, so I take it at night. Well too bad -- they put every single pill in your morning dose, unless you take it twice a day. So my morning packet literally has all my pills in it and my evening packet has 1. So far I've had to send 4 emails, make 3 phone calls, make an extra trip to the dr (so also a $35 copay) and about $25 out of pocket for scripts covered by my insurance and I don't actually start my medications they sent for 2 more days, so things are not looking good. I'm so glad I went to all this trouble for the "convenience" of taking my pills out of a big paper sack, because that's much better than opening bottles. I can't wait until I finish the damn roll of pills and I will never complain about Walgreens again. Oh -- and could you have even found bigger horse-pill looking versions of my vitamins than the ones you included? I doubt it.
