Listen to the negative reviews on here. I’ve been without FOUR medications for a week now due to incompetency between this company AND my regular pharmacy. I have been on the medications for years and now since I don’t have them,I’m suffering from terrible pain and anxiety. Even though my insurance approved the meds, I still haven’t received them and they told me it could take another ten days to receive my meds. Then they offered to transfer them to a local pharmacy so they could be filled today and the pharmacy still didn’t have the information from Pillpack. This seemed like a great idea as I live out in the country and the closest pharmacy is an hour round trip for me. Now I regret it. :(

Don't fill your scripts here. They don't tell you how much until after it's sent and then " they can't do anything about it". Triple charged for heart medication. They said sorry but that is the price the insurance makes them charge. Ok fine but you should have told me before you charged my account and overdrafted my bank account. You should have got approval before draining my account. Beware of these guys. Next step is the BBB.

DON'T DO IT! At first they were great, and then they started sending my prescriptions earlier and earlier. I had so much medicine I didn't know what to do! How is this legal? Then, on autopay they withdrew FOUR payments within a month - one for a partial dose they charged me NEARLY FULL PRICE FOR. And the TRASH that results - all those plastic coverings! Just found a great local pharmacist, who won't debit my account two weeks before they even fill the prescription, and who will take coupons and charge me partial for PARTIAL.

In addition to my previous review here is some more just happened issues. Doctor added a new prescription mid cycle. Doctor changed prescription ( dosage). Just two more things that make this service a nightmare. Great idea but impossible to execute due to so many routine variables. Making a needed a change with PILLPACK makes a trip to the DMV seam pleasant in comparison.

omg what a HORRIBLE service!!! DO NOT use this as you will be putting your health at risk and DO NOT believe the propaganda they have on their site/page, ESPECIALLY the garbage of them not running out of meds. They do NOT contact you to let you know your prescriptions are running out, the "convenience" is a joke since the packs are a NIGHTMARE to open and get small pills out of, the customer service is NON EXISTENT at best!! This service SUCKS in every way and should be avoided at ALL costs!!

Sounds great in theory, the reality is awful. I ended up getting 3 separate packs a day even though i had no instructions to take pills at different times of the day. They always ship them way before you need them, I think so they always get one more shipment in before you can cancel. I could not be more disappointed.

My doctor sent a prescription to this company and said they would be able to fill it, even without insurance. Call my doctor to get the name of the company and make sure they sent my prescription over, which they did on the 17th. I call PillPack on the 29th, the man on the phone says they don't take my insurance. I ask how much it is without my insurance and he suddenly says they don't fill that prescription anymore. So which is it? Do you not take my insurance or do you not fill the prescription? And, regardless, why would you wait TWELVE days for me to call you, instead of sending the prescription back to my doctor or letting her know that you can't fill it?? Completely unprofessional behavior.

I just received my last PillPack order for November and it's missing a medication and the price of another is incorrect. I can't tell how many times my prescriptions have been mishandled by PillPack and agreeing with other comments, it's primarily because there is little human involvement in the management of my prescriptions. It seems that PillPack just doesn't care and I doubt seriously whether they will even attempt to make the last shipment right. I will need to see how Walgreens or CVS can handle my future shipments. I can't recommend PillPack. It's unreliable, at best and when it comes to medications, you can't afford to have a provider who is unreliable.
