Had some trouble getting an order at first but was contacted pretty fast to try to fix it. Good customer service but getting there on the online side of it

Great customer service and my fish was shipped very professionally. I was worried about ordering while it's a bit cold outside but they had the foresight to include heating packs and it arrived perfectly healthy. It took a few days for them to ship my package as they didn't have the fish I ordered in stock at the moment and were waiting on a new shipment of them. They called me to let me know and they shipped it out as soon as they could. They only do overnight shipping so you know your fish will arrive the next day and the prices are very fair. Absolutely stunning Kamfa Flowerhorn. Would buy again.

Easy shopping and fast reasonable shipping

They failed to tell me I had to pick a certain type of shipping for live animals and then when I ordered they never told me it wasn't coming because I chose the "wrong" shipping. They did give me a refund though after contacting them.

Shipping time was great and packaging was very protective but there was very little water in the bag so the fish was in shock when it arrived. Other than that, great job! Very satisfied!

Probably on par with the best prices available for Ada products. Will certainly continue to get my Ada products from Petzone when they aren’t available at my LFS.
