They took my money for product they didn't have. Still havent received anything from them. Poor customer service for sure.

I had to cancel this order. I found unbelievable lack of competence with this company. I have ordered from them in the past prior to their expansion without issue. Now that they have expanded I will never place and order with this company again. I placed an order for a few species of freshwater catfish for some of my tank set ups. I placed them just before Christmas therefore shipping would be postponed until after the holidays to avoid packages getting delay. This was absolutely fine- I want my fish to arrive safely. I put in the shipping directions to contact me prior to shipping so I can ensure that I will be home and that the weather is cooperating. I live in a state that experiences this thing called “winter” which is apparently a foreign concept to anyone working at this establishment. After the holidays passed, I called and spoke with half a dozen people asking a simple question: “what is your lower temperature threshold for shipping.” Essentially what is the lowest temperature you ship. I STILL don’t have the answer to this question. The day they were supposed to ship my fish they said they only had half my order and they would have to postpone. The other 3 times they attempted to ship my fish I received a notification that they would be shipped by email. I would then have to call the company to let them know the temperature were going to be below 20 degrees and ask what their lower temperature shipping threshold was. I was met with answers along the lines, “we put heat packs with them”,”these fish are tropical and like water in the 70s”,”is that temperature in F or C?- o..thats cold” The lack of communication and general incompetence of the employees lead to me cancelling the order and going with another company. Will not order again.

Amazing fish very high quality. The customer service is the best there is period. THANKS BRYAN. I ordered flowerhorn from there website and and its amazing very high quality fish. They sent pictures of the dish to my phone before i purchased it. All around a great place wish i lived close enough to visit the store. I would highly recommended this place to anyone ordering fish online. Shipping was incredibly fast but i would say the bags and box my fish came in could have been bigger but it was packaged good with heat pads amd fish came perfectly healthy.

I had been buying fish for a long time, the last couple of years through the internet, do to the availability of some fish and price, so I had been involved with a few vendors/sellers and PetZone had been the best so far. First of all the quality of the fish is very good, healthy, free of diseases and no scars at all. PetZone service is the best I have had so far, the delivery had been great, no delays, the fish arrived the day promised and the protection of each bag of fish is second to none. No one in the market, whom I have had experience with, does protect the fish as PetZone does. Their communication is very good, they answer my questions, most of the time, the same day or next day if the email or call is late in the afternoon. I had spoken to a couple of their workers and they are very polite, knowledgeable and friendly. I recommended PetZone to all my friends involved in this hobby or business. By the way, I had been involved with fish as a hobbyist, seller or health care provider for just about 50 years. Great Job Guys!
