Carlos, we did not get any DOA claim until over 2 weeks after the fish were delivered to your place. We replace and/or refund when reports are made within a reasonable timely manner. You had claimed the fish started acting weird after a few days but this was not informed to us until 2+ weeks after. We would never ship out fish with any noticeable symptoms of ich or any other sickness or issue, etc. Anything can happen between the time the fish were un-bagged and released during that time frame after to the 2 weeks that passed before you decided to email us. If there were issues on the day of arrival or even the first few days, why did you not let us know immediately? Your tank was only set up for a couple weeks and you admitted it was brand new with new water for just a two week cycle Copy/pasted email from you: "hose fish came with ich, is no way the devlop ich in.a tank that was brand bew, with fresh water and condition a two weeks before for only the fish I bought from you." We are happy to work with you on some solution and find some common ground but we simply cannot replace or refund your order when it took such a long time to get in touch, which only gives us a feeling of suspicion. Chase, we got your review and sincerely want to apologize as we did not intentionally want to send out a partial order and will get those items out to you promptly as we had originally planned and we'll even throw in extras to make up for the inconvenience. We would never intentionally ship out a brown plant (it may have browned from the heatpack we placed into box to keep the livestock warm). Our shop has a lot of walk-in customers throughout the entire week and while we try our best to keep inventory up to date (we're working on this via our inventory system), it's a constant juggle as we have two shops with a high turnover rate of both items and livestock so there are times we aren't able to update online inventory in time to reflect real-time stock, which we understand is an issue. We strive to keep everyone who walks into our store or shops via our website to have a smile and we are sorry for dropping the ball. You've given us great feedback in the past and were previously happy and with numerous orders, we are very disappointed in ourselves in making your most recent experience quite opposite from your visit to our shop and past orders. We hope we can get a fair chance to make things right. We're a bit understaffed these last two weeks (one of the teammates is on leave due to family death and the other is on annual leave), so bear with us as we may be slower in replying to emails these next few days. Mitchel, we had made an attempt to contact you via phone but couldn't reach you the other week. Our sincere apologies on the delay. We forwarded many of our tank orders to the manufacturer's warehouse as they fulfill many of the bulk items for us but as they've been a bit slammed, we didn't know the items were back-ordered until a week after we sent it over to them. We're very happy to throw in some plants to make up for the delay as we understand how frustrating this can be and want to make things right. =)
