The fish arrived safely and beautifully packaged. Everyone is doing well so far. I only gave 4 stars because I attempted to cancel the order almost immediately after ordering and there was no way to do it. I called, only to be told by the machine to send an email. I still have not gotten a reply from the 2 emails I sent. Thankfully I was able to accommodate the order this time but I would recommend to give a clear way to adjust or cancel while order shows processing.

Quickness of delivery for sure was appreciated. Missed the 5 star because of a substitution that wasn't called out before hand. The substituted fish were similar to the ordered ones and were still nice and healthy though.

I received all frogs, fish and plants in a timely matter. Everything was alive except for 1 snail; which I thought was pretty good. The only issue is I did not receive the black worms. I have emailed this company with no reply. They lost a star since I lost a product AND money.

I was happy with the size and colors discus fish. My only concern was 3 fish packaged in the same bag.

Very quick turn around. One fish DOA. Filled out form, but have unheard back…

I love Donald and Jawnald (My red tail and Silver tip). They arrived fine and seemed healthy, just a little hungry. The only issue I had was the price. It was a little high, but they arrived alive like the guarantee said.
