Bad costumer service
Bad costumer service. They have reasons alll of the questions even if your explaining whats going on your fish with a swim bladder disorder or flipover.

My experience has been great
My experience has been great. I bought some fish from Pet Zone and they came promptly and safely. They then gave me a 5 dollar off credit and I made this purchase with that credit. Got some food for the fish with the credit and this was also delivered promptly. Overall a great experience. Highly recommended.
