Hi Wallace! We don’t ship orders until the start of the ship schedule week (Tuesdays), all orders received Wednesday to Monday are sent out in the order they were received the following business week schedule. Please be aware, “overnight service” is from the day it’s sent out, not literally the next day the order was placed. For example, let’s say your order was placed on a Saturday and we ship it on Wednesday, you will receive it Thursday. Hope this clears up any confusion! :)

Nick, thanks for your order! We are sorry for any mixups. Our checkout page does have a thorough disclaimer that states USPS cannot be used for live fish and must be agreed to prior to checkout with our T/Cs. We're a company of ethics and care about the well-being and health of our fish, especially when it arrives to your door. Thanks so much for your understanding and appreciate your review and feedback.
