My overnight shipment was delayed by 2 days and I thought for sure everything was going to arrive dead and I would have to go through a big battle with FedEx, but to my absolute surprise almost all of my fish arrived alive and in good condition. The only ones that didn't make it were the Harlequin Rasboras and that was due to FedEx dropping the ball. Super impressed with the quality and care that my fish were packaged with. Would definitely order from them again.

All three assassin snails came in alive and healthy.

They shipped wrong plants without notifying me. Also they show the plants that I ordered as still being in stock. I may order one more time just to see what happens.

The fish shipped in a timely manner and arrived alive! The fish are very healthy and doing quite well in their new home.

DON'T ORDER FROM THEM!!!! I can not stress that enough! How are they still in business? I ordered a fish from them. Paid the price for the fish plus the shipping. It kept saying they were waiting for payment even tho the money was taken out of my account. I wrote customer service because I couldn't get threw on the phone. They took 4 almost 5 hours to respond. They tried to say I needed to pay another 50 dollars for shipping for a 12 dollar fish. The customer service representative was extremely rude. They literally tried to charge me well over 80 dollars for a 12 dollar fish. They will scam you and try to take your money. Go some place else!!
